The proposed arrangement is articulated from a road axis, of the rambla variety, which crosses through the center of the district and the torrent (stream) de la Bruixa.  A peripheral crown of isolated buildings is planned for this area, which will constitute the main district wall, in addition to rows of small buildings through the inner streets. Furthermore, five large industrial plots are located In the area occupied by the Alcoholera and Vinos Font.

The torrent longitudinally crosses through the district, creating a central green space for public use.
