This is a single-family home located in one of the residential neighborhoods of Sant Cugat. It is composed of a ground floor and a first floor - the ground floor for public uses and the first floor for private ones.

The home is organized into two blocks: one closed where the services are located, and the other open and varnished, continuing into the garden. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are located in the latter. The service block permits access from the outside, which creates a large opening and allows for physical and visual articulation for both the plants and the blocks of material. The materials used are: handcrafted brick, iron and wood.
